Were looking for a dynamic and experienced COO to join our organization who will play an integral and critical role in shaping our operational strategy, enhancing our internal processes and driving growth.
The COO will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement operations across the business, manage resources effectively, and ensure the company achieves its financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
Act as a key member of the company's management. Collaborate with the CEO and other C -level executives to set company goals, performance metrics, and long-term strategic plans.
Ensure implementation of the companys yearly business plan.
Full responsibility for companys business activities and results operation, HR and finance. Coordinate with the group CEOs yearly KPIs.
Develop the needed resources to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
Requirements: Qualifications:
Masters degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a technology company (Director, VP or C level) - Must
Experience managing a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Strong understanding of platform business models and operational excellence.
Expertise in converting strategic plans into operational execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
Fluent English (Mother tongue level) is must.
