We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Operations Manager to enhance cross-organizational communication and streamline processes between key units including Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and more. This role will also serve as an Agile Coach, guiding development teams to adopt and improve agile practices for more effective incremental and iterative development.
As an employee you will:
Serve as an Agile Coach, mentoring development teams to adopt best practices in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to promote continuous improvement.
Provide training and workshops on agile principles and practices to enhance team capabilities and performance.
Develop and implement cross-organizational processes to foster seamless communication and collaboration among Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose and execute strategic solutions to improve workflow and information sharing.
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and project timelines.
Requirements: For that mission youll need:
Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred, Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC).
5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
Proven experience in product operations, project management, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
Strong background & experience in agile methodologies with hands-on experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and implement improvements.
Proficient in project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
