Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 2-8 developers.
*  C ++ coding over Linux in a multi-threaded, clustered and performance-oriented server-side environment.
* Technical-related aspects of Infinidats core component.
* Filesystem IO flow performance improvements.
* High level & detailed design of new features.
* Legacy code maintenance and refactoring.

You will be responsible for strategic planning, product development, and ensuring service reliability and performance. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor managers, fostering an environment of growth and development.
Oversee the engineering efforts to enhance Azure Log Analytics capabilities, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to align on product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Drive operational excellence, including monitoring, incident response, and service optimization.
Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and incorporate it into service improvements.
