The English Content and Digital Manager is a dynamic and creative professional responsible for managing WIZO's English language content and enhancing its social media and digital presence. This role is critical in shaping WIZOs voice across digital platforms, creating impactful campaigns, and fostering engagement with global audiences.
Develop and execute strategic content plans for digital platforms, including social media, the website, and email newsletters, with a strong focus on audience growth and engagement.
Create and manage compelling, highquality content (e.g., posts, stories, videos, infographics) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Oversee WIZO's social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and messaging while driving community engagement and growth.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to support organizational goals, including fundraising, advocacy, and awareness initiatives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and digital performance metrics, offering actionable insights to enhance reach and impact.
Produce and edit newsletters, branding videos, and promotional materials that align with WIZOs
mission and resonate with diverse audiences.
Translate content between Hebrew and English, ensuring cultural sensitivity and accuracy.
Organize and maintain a robust library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and graphics, commissioning content creation as needed.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align WIZOs overall branding strategy and develop unique
branding for programs and services.
Provide strategic guidance, training, and marketing support to 37 federations worldwide, ensuring
alignment with WIZOs digital vision.
Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and social media algorithms to ensure strategies are current and effective.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Certification in social media management, content marketing, or digital analytics is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, including campaign creation and performance analytics.
Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Demonstrated experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
Knowledge of performance marketing, including SEO and paid social campaigns.
Language Skills:
Native English proficiency (mandatory).
Fluent Hebrew reading and writing.
Additional languages are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Familiarity with content management systems and SEO best practices.
Strong understanding of digital storytelling and audience engagement strategies.
