As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the General Counsel, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Your responsibilities will include:

We are looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel - ML Replacement.
How youll shape the future of :
Provide legal support to our in-house sales & support team (negotiating sales contracts, explaining legal issues to potential customers, etc.).
Independently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of policies and commercial agreements relating to partners.
Coordinate with other internal functions to ensure internal business alignment and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.
Perform additional assigned projects as required by business needs.
Report and advise Director of Legal and Compliance.
This role is a maternity leave replacement for 8 months.

Act as the primary contact for TSX-V compliance and communications.
Oversee the filing of regulatory documents and manage official communications.
Support corporate governance, including board interactions and policy implementation.
Engage with investors, manage inquiries, and maintain strong relations.
