* Provide legal advice and guidance to Management, Sales and HQ departments on a variety of legal issues including to contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, licensing agreements, and employment contracts.
* Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the company and communicate potential impact to stakeholders.
* Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities and proposed transactions.
* Manage and coordinate external legal counsel as needed, including overseeing litigation matters and other legal proceedings.

We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented Commercial Legal Counsel to join our Legal team.
A lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in a high-tech/commercial department of a leading law firm. The Commercial Legal Counsel will provide legal support to multiple departments, business units, and subsidiaries within the organization, in order to facilitate our day-to-day business.
This position is temporary, maternity leave replacement.
What am I going to do?
Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts, including facilities agreements, business collaborations, services agreements, order forms, licenses, and related documents with suppliers, business partners, and customers.
Coordinate with various teams (Procurement, Facilities, Finance, Marketing, Security, IT, and others) in commercial contracting matters to support our policies and procedures.
Create, maintain and improve standard templates, business processes, and internal policies.
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice, counsel, and recommendations to various stakeholders on various legal and business issues, including labor law, disputes, and ongoing legal risk assessment.
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure business compliance with local laws and regulations.
Special projects as assigned by the company.
