Global Compensation Manager.
Participate in development, implementation and administration of global compensation policies and processes.
5 Year and Annual Work Plans consolidation and analysis.
Positions management and annual labor cost work-plan, control and quarterly analysis.
Global compensation benchmarking and competitive analysis.
Extensive data analysis and cost simulations for multiple customers (HRBPs, CFOs and Senior Management).
Executive compensation and preparing data for remuneration committee
LTI plans administration.
Close work with Finance department, HRIT team and involvement in HRMS projects.
Support and advise the HR team.

At least 3 years of proven experience in compensation matters or similar roles - mandatory.
Experience in working in a multi-national company significant advantage.
High level of analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Ability to lead projects.
Ability to function well in a multi-tasking, high pressure environment.
BA in relevant fields (Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or Accounting) - mandatory.
Fluent Hebrew and English - mandatory.
Very high-level of proficiency and experience with Excel mandatory.
Knowledge and experience with SuccessFactors or other HR management system significant advantage.
