What Youll Do:
Be responsible for the first steps of the hiring processes, from CV screening and sourcing to reach outs and phone interviews.
Understand the job requirements and profiles in order to build sourcing strategy.
Be creative in expanding our talent pool through active reach-outs, while analyzing and managing the data.
Coordinate the entire recruiting cycle and work closely with the HR team and hiring managers.
Work on various open positions, in all of our global sites and all departments, mainly R&D, S&M and Delivery.
Manage job postings on both internal and external channels.
Work with external agencies.
Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process.
Be the master of Comeet, LinkedIn and any other sourcing tools.
Requirements: At least 3 years experience as a technical recruiter (from tech company or recruitment agency).
Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms and sourcing tools.
Fluent English, both verbal and in writing.
Social media understanding.
Tech savvy and data driven.
Able to work in a start-up environment: Strong focus on execution and a can do attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces.
Multi-tasker as an understatement.
Proactive, motivated and results-oriented.
