What will you be responsible for:
Lead global recruitment efforts in Israel and the rest of the world, employing creative and strategic approaches to attract top-tier candidates.
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to understand talent needs and priorities.
Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines, leveraging existing networks and exploring new channels as needed.
Conduct thorough research to identify and vet candidates, presenting shortlists of well-qualified individuals to hiring teams.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation and attract top talent within the industry.
Cultivate strong client relationships, actively contributing to business development efforts and professionally representing .
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in global recruitment. (Experience in recruiting outside of Israel is a must)
Strong proficiency in English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to assess candidates for high competence, integrity, and drive.
Strategic mindset focusing on executing hiring plans and maintaining high standards throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the hiring team.
