Our smART+™ platform is an intelligent, sensor-based feeding system for critical care patients that aims to prevent life-threatening in-hospital complications, such as ventilator-associated pneumonia, malnutrition, and acute kidney injury. With the introduction of Nutrition Management 2.0™ to critical care patient scoring systems, the smART+™ platform monitors, analyzes, and prevents malnutrition and gastric aspiration in real-time. By providing optimal nutritional care and achieving up to 100% feeding efficiency, the smART+™ platform improves the standard of care and helps ICU patients recover faster. As a System Engineer, reporting to The System Engineering Manager, You will be part of a multidisciplinary group of system, hardware, firmware, software and software test engineers. You will serve as an internal and external technical liaison for multiple interfaces in the organization and externally you will drive medical products into the next level of maturity and performance to meet the user and business needs. Main position duties:
* Translate user needs into actionable technical system requirements
* Manage system, sub-system and software requirements of Medical devices
* Responsibility for development of the system architecture and top-level design
* Work in a multidisciplinary and complex technical environment
* Perform risks management activities for product and production
* Act as the technical lead of multidisciplinary medical system and subsystems
* Responsibility for the system functionality, performance and quality
* Translate field and production feedback into product and production improvements
* Work closely with multidisciplinary R&D team V&V, regulatory, quality and more
* Write V&V test plans and test methods
* Participate and lead product life cycle processes
* Perform R&D projects planning and tasks breakdown

We are looking for you, creative, diligent and open-minded, to join our Research and Development group. H2Pro develops chemical/electrochemical hybrid systems to demonstrate our novel hydrogen generation technology. As a part of our group, you will be required to find creative and innovative solutions to support leveling up processes, alongside taking part in characterization methods development and study various mechanisms of our electrodes and other related components.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the latest generation of the companys components, electrodes and processes.
Develop and take part in processes related to H2pros systems and machines in order to support the companys next scale up levels.
Lead and take responsibility for varied research projects in diverse disciplines.

* Study and optimize physical parameters to ensure the best performance of energy-based (US and RF) medical devices.
* Design, perform, analyze, and summarize experiments involving multi-disciplinary knowledge.
* Experiments will include systems characterization, the interaction between subsystems, understanding physical and biological mechanisms, and defining critical parameters.
* Develop and improve quantitative measurements and experiment methodologies.
* Use simulation tools to meet performance requirements and optimize system design parameters that are critical.
* Develop physical models for US/RF tissue interactions.
* Get to know trends and new technologies in the medical industry, new technologies, and clinical applications.
* Hands-on at the lab, design and execution of experiments and models
* Collaboration with all R&D departments
