Responsibilities:
 
* Identify and work with laboratory equipment, tools, supplies, and materials.
* Maintain the lab area and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
* Basic lab equipment maintenance as scheduled and in accordance with lab/equipment manual specifications.
* Perform multiple concurrent tasks at several different equipment stations in order to maintain acceptable job flow.
* Read, comprehend and follow technical manuals and protocols.
* Fill out all assigned reporting forms in a timely manner.
* Read and interpret prescription specifications.

Responsibilities:
Lead product management of new development activities from the pre-idea stage to a well-defined, justified, and feasible development project.
Analysis of industry situation, market trends, and customer challenges to identify potential new technological developments (working with the Corporate Marketing teams).
Define the requirements and value statement for new technological developments (working with the CTO new-tech team to balance technological capabilities and customer needs).
Validate potential new technological developments with customers and industry leaders.
Work with the marketing teams to provide ROI, justification, and market analysis for new directions.

We are looking for a physics team lead in its Corporate CTO group with a broad acquaintance of multiple technologies with an experimental background in complex optical systems and lasers (ultra-fast optics is an advantage) as well as with the semiconductor process control and fabrication world, together with the ability to lead a small team and disruptive new directions.
Responsibilities:
our CTO group was established to create an influx of new technologies into our portfolio. This expansion of capabilities is critical for answering the growing diversity of challenges and needs arising from the fast-developing semiconductor industry.
The new tech team lead will use his understanding of the challenges and trends of the semiconductor ecosystem to personally conduct and manage others to perform concept and feasibility research (both internally and with external partners) on emerging needs, identify new technologies, and help drive them in the organization.
