We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead strategic critical cross-functional projects and be responsible for optimizing our business processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting the company's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can understand complex problems, define project outlines, build comprehensive work plans to drive success, define network policies, and play a crucial role in strategic decision-making within the organization.
What you'll be doing:
Policy Definition: Define and develop network policies that align with organizational goals and ensure efficient and secure operations.
Process Improvement: Evaluate, design, and implement business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Technical Solutions: Understand and analyze complex problems, then drive technical solutions by collaborating with business applications, product and other relevant departments. Implement solutions that address the root cause and improve overall efficiency.
Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects to implement new processes and tools aimed at optimizing business operations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on the effectiveness of business operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, including finance, legal, product, and business applications, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of business operations. Excellent communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying information and ensuring all stakeholders are on the same page.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures.
Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Act as a resourceful and creative problem solver, always looking for ways to overcome obstacles and enhance operations.
Support: Provide operational support to teams as needed, including troubleshooting issues and addressing operational challenges. Be a proactive pusher, consistently driving for improvements and higher performance standards.
Compliance: Ensure all business operations comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or a related field.
