The Supply Service Associate role is comprehensive, covering several key responsibilities and expectations.
focused on aligning demand with supply plans, managing inventory, and ensuring transparency between sales, production, and procurement units.
Key duties include:
Acting as a liaison for replenishment and information exchange between sites and markets.
Validating forecast changes and ensuring accurate demand data in ERP systems.
Aligning production plans with validated demand, managing shortages or surpluses, and prioritizing production schedules.
Monitoring supply, managing exceptions, and participating in weekly and monthly S&OP forums.
Evaluating demand trends, managing safety and crisis stocks, and setting testing priorities for QA.
Overseeing inventory levels, coordinating artwork changes, and maintaining SC master data.
Supporting site AOP preparation, participating in forum
Requirements: Degree in Industry and management / Economics / Logistics or similar
Professional experience in Planning at list 2 a global environment. Pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Using BI tool and Excel.
Experience is SAP or advance planning systems- high advantaged
Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;
Customer orientation;
Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
Good presentation skills in English;
Highly team orientated;
Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
