we are looking for a Strategic Marketing Director.
What Would you do?
Define and oversea execution of the companys marketing strategy
Develop and execute marketing plan for our Digitals products and services
Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with the identified target segments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Lead Demand Generation and Funnel Health:
Design and execute demand generation strategies to drive leads and opportunities across various regions, channels and platform
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation efforts and monitor their status regularly.
Analyze funnel health metrics, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies and tactics as needed to optimize conversion rates
Develop, implement, and execute Account Based Marketing working closely with sales and business development organizations
Product Content Creation:
Develop and manage a content strategy that supports the entire customer journey
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create engaging and informative product-related content, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and more.
Ensure content aligns with the buyers journey and effectively addresses customer pain points and needs.
Performance
Analyze reports on global marketing activities, including campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
Present findings and insights to executive leadership during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other core meetings.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions to enhance demand generation efforts.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in strategic marketing roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales and business development organizations.
