What Youll Do:
1. Marketing Management & Operations:
Take full ownership of execution by building and launching marketing initiatives yourselfcreating landing pages, running ads, crafting email campaigns, and iterating based on data.
Lead marketing projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and optimized for success.
Enhance marketing operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and execute strategies to increase our visibility and strengthen its positioning among key customer segments.
Analyze customer data and marketing performance metrics to drive insights and continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as content, advertising, product, and development to align marketing efforts.
Manage product launches, pricing experiments, and user testing.
Lead all aspects of our email marketing initiatives, ensuring they drive engagement and conversions (strategic oversight, not hands-on execution).
2. Entrepreneurial Growth & Ownership:
Act as an owner, identifying and spearheading new growth opportunities beyond traditional marketing.
Develop and launch innovative marketing and growth strategies that create competitive advantages for our company.
Execute hands-on: conceptualize, build, and implement business development marketing/growth strategies from scratchdesigning, writing, and deploying campaigns autonomously.

Requirements: Who You Are:
4-6 years of experience in marketing, growth, or marketing operations - in a tech or SaaS company.
Native or near-native English proficiency is a plus (all interviews, presentations, and written communication will be conducted in English).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute growth-oriented projects independently.
A hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership of initiatives.
A proven track record of leading projects and collaborating across teams to achieve measurable results.
Deep understanding of marketing operations, data-driven decision-making, and campaign execution.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
