As the Director of Growth, your main goal is efficiently generating revenues, keeping all efficiency KPIs tacked on and scaling our growth engines efficiently. You will lead a cross-functional team, a few in-house team members in a Matrix management manner, and a few outsourced agencies and freelancers.
You will have to optimize existing channels increase the sign-up ratio and implement innovative growth initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Your role will include -
Planning and managing organic growth engines - Create and execute an efficient strategy for SEO and content marketing.
improved search rankings and website metrics, and enhanced backlink profile. Manage all earned and owned content ( landing pages, blog and paid content) to increase traffic, engagement sessions, and leads. Be the gatekeeper and owner of content creation - leading any campaign that will result in growing numbers like sign-ups and revenues (Black Friday sale etc..)
Planning and managing paid growth engines - Define a strategy, own, lead and expand PPC and paid activities - create a User Acquisition strategy plan thesis/perception, roadmap, and budgeting plan.
Leading Partnerships Efforts - build strategic partnerships and activities with external partners to generate growth channels through our four pillars: KOLs, Tech partnerships, Affiliates, and Academic partnerships.
Leading Events Marketing efforts- Map, attend and sponsor events in the most effective way, and build an owned Events plan.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in building and leading B2SMB or B2C growth teams and external functions. Building the domain from scratch - an advantage
4 years of hands-on experience in successfully leading SEO and Content Marketing teams with a high budget.
4 years of hands-on experience leading PPC (Google and Meta) efforts with 6-7 figures budgets annually
deep understanding of GA4
3 years of experience in managing Affiliates and partnerships functions
2 years of experience planning and attending events as part of Conference marketing efforts.
