This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership within a same-stage startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to hire, inspire and manage a high-performing sales team. Your Arena:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Lead, hire, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 sales leaders and executives.
* Oversee all stages of the sales cycle, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive growth. Requirements: What It Takes:
* Successfully led a sales team in a same-stage startup, scaling revenue from $10M to $50M - Must
* Demonstrated a history of exceeding sales targets consistently - Must
* In-depth experience in Payments, Fintech, or Fraud Prevention sectors - Must
* Based in the US East Coast or Israel.
* Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to executing new ideas.
* Experience managing a large team (10-15) of sales leaders and executives.
* Experienced working at \with Israeli company’s
* Experienced in every stage of the sales cycle.
* Strong positive leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team.
* Experience in scaling startup environments, adaptable& taking risks.
* Technical knowledge building sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce.
* Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
