The role encompasses multiple facets:
Revenue Operations:
Lead a team continuously enhancing processes, strategies, and the Org tech stack.
Measure, track, and analyze the GTM team's productivity and success through KPIs. Ensure targets are met, identify bottlenecks, and find solutions.
Manage the company CRM to improve process efficiency, data integrity, and analytics.
Lead forecasting and planning processes for the GTM organization, including revenue targets and budgets, and Report key performance metrics to executive leadership.
Implement strategies to increase the top of the funnel, such as improving Product Qualified Lead processes and scaling outbound efforts.
Owning the compensation process, including designing and continuously improving it.
Revenue Enablement:
Lead a team that develops and executes a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy aligned with our business objectives and revenue goals.
Create and deliver onboarding, ongoing training programs, and enablement resources that enable GTM teams to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
Collaborate with sales leadership, product management, and other key stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted enablement initiatives to address them.
Utilize data-driven insights from sales conversations and other sources to refine and optimize enablement programs continuously
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using metrics to demonstrate impact on sales performance and revenue growth.
Requirements: 5+ years of sales/revenue/business operations experience in B2B SaaS
5+ years of experience managing resources, tasks, and workflows in a sales or revenue operations environment
Robust hands-on technology and CRM experience. You understand GTM technology profoundly and arent afraid to jump in yourself to fix and analyze technical workflows
Strong analytical and organizational skills - Ability to perform an up-front analysis and design a road map that maximizes revenue growth
Expertise in project management, including designing, implementing, and managing projects
Leading with emotional intelligence
Change management experience - demonstrating the value, creating trust, and achieving adoption
Think on your feet: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, a sense of urgency, and the ability to be agile and quickly adapt to changes.
