We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) Lab Technician to join our satellite development program. This role involves hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of cutting-edge electro-optical satellite systems. The position is ideal for practical engineers or technicians with a strong background in electronics and a passion for space technologies.
Responsibilities:
1.Hands-On Integration and Testing:
* Assemble and integrate electronic, optical, and mechanical subsystems.
* Perform functional testing of satellite components, including cameras, transmitters, and payload processors.
* Conduct system-level tests, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with engineers. 2.Laboratory Operations:
* Maintain and operate specialized laboratory equipment, such as oscilloscopes, collimators, and spectrum analyzers.
* Ensure the lab complies with cleanroom standards and safety protocols. 3.Support for Space-Ground Interface Testing:
* Assist in testing the compatibility of spaceborne systems with ground equipment, such as modems and ground control software. 4.Documentation and Reporting:
* Record and document test results, providing clear and accurate reports to engineers and project managers.
* Follow predefined procedures while suggesting process improvements as needed.
Advantages:

Requirements: 1.Education and Experience:
* Practical engineering degree in electronics or an equivalent certification. 2.Technical Skills:
* Familiarity with laboratory tools (e.g., multimeters, signal generators).
* Basic knowledge of RF, optics, and thermal systems is an advantage.
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in electronics, mechanical, or optical AIT. 3.Teamwork and Independence:
* Strong ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Communication Skills:
* Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
* Ability to document and communicate test procedures and results clearly.
