ARRIVAL is a technology company creating iconic commercial EVs at the same cost as petrol and diesel equivalents to make electric vehicles mainstream.
In August 2019 ARRIVAL has opened the R&D center in Israel (Tel-Aviv), ARRIVAL ISRAEL LTD. The company would be focused on development, production and delivery of electrical-charging equipment (the charging stations) for electric vehicles.
Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team of Electrical, Mechanical and other engineers.
Design of LV, MV DC and ac systems, from SLD up to DFM.
Engineering calculations (transformers, cables, protections, etc.)
Selection of electrical equipment (cables, switching equipment, transformers, etc.)
Writing Specs, BOMs and other technical documents.
Hands-on assembly and testing of prototype models (in a lab and in the field).
May require business trips abroad.
Requirements:
B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Specialized in power), Certified Electrician.
3 years of relevant experience (See job description).
Experienced in engineering calculations (transformers, protections LV&MV, cables, currents).
Experienced in writing technical specifications (Switching equipment, cables, transformers).
Knowledge in DC systems - an advantage
Familiar with IEC and NEMA standards and engineering practices - an advantage.
AutoCAD - an advantage.
Proficient in English.
