We are looking for a Maintenance Manager.
As a Facility Operations Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing operational services at the Israel office. Your focus will be on ensuring a safe, efficient, and employee-focused workplace. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
This role requires strong organizational skills, customer-service orientation, technical expertise, financial management, and leadership. You will also collaborate with the Global Operations department to support the organization's goals and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform scheduled maintenance on facility equipment to support facility-operating requirements
Manage projects within Operations and Maintenance from inception, through planning, to full execution. Clarify and resolve complex problems spanning multiple areas or technical fields.
Research and develop new initiatives and technology to improve service, enhance revenue, and realize system wide opportunities.
Manage the escalations and participate in troubleshooting/escalation calls
Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems including cooking kitchen maintenance.
Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
Plan and manage a facility's maintenance budget.
Ensure the safe and efficient management and delivery of maintenance & operations activities including emergency responses.
Identify opportunities to improve operation services and employee experience. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in building operations, maintenance services, or facilities management
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Financial experience in budget control and tracking
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with initiative and a 'can-do' attitude
Comfortable working in a computerized environment and with facility management tools
Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) advantageous
Hands-on experience in the maintenance of plumbing and HVAC systems
Demonstrated experience in managing and executing technical projects
Proven team management and leadership experience
Certified Practical Engineer (CPE) license advantageous
Certified Practical Electrician with a Chief Electrician license (minimum 3250A) mandatory
