What you will be doing:
To ensure facilities, utilities supplies and environment conditions.
To operate and maintain adequately to prevent any downtime or interruptions to business.
To lead and coordinate capital spending building projects on the site with all related parties.
To Initiate and lead strategic programs and processes of continues improvement, loss prevention and cost reduction.
As site facilities expert, requiring provide to site colleagues a professional engineering support of any matter related to facilities and building.
To plan, control and report site building budget (Annual and 5YP). Periodic reporting to senior management in the organization.
Requirements: Engineer (B.sc), mechanical / Electrical background.
Proven management experience of at least 5 years as facilities manager in a large industrial plant or as project manager of large industrial infrastructure facilities and building.
In-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems, HVAC, BMS, fire extinguishing and fire detection, High power electricity, clean rooms, and Environment facilities such as treatment of water / wastewater and air emissions.
In-depth knowledge of energy management, personal ability to initiate, monitor and implement energy efficiency improvement programs. Certification as an energy supervisor - an advantage.
High interpersonal communication.
Experience leading a multidisciplinary professional team.
Experience in contracting and negotiating with subcontractors, consultants and service providers.
Experience working with local authorities and government ministries in the fields of environment, firefighting, safety, planning and construction.
Excellent software skills in MS Office, MS project. AutoCAD.
High Verbal and Writing English skills.
Knowledge of environment health and safety regulation.
Experience in working in global organization advantage.
