Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Product UX/UI, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise in designing user interfaces for software applications.
Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centred design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Experience with data systems and CRM/ERP tools, demonstrating your ability to design data-driven features and CRM/ERP functionality.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Requirements:
Strong video storytelling skills
Knowledge and understanding of digital advertising and best web practices
Intimate understanding of of design and copy in relation to video
Proficiency in Premier, After Effects, and Master Adobe Creative Suite
Fluent English (80% of the work is in English)
Experience in video advertising an advantage
Motion Graphic skills an advantage
Digital image illustration or 3D skills an advantage
Design skills a major advantage.
