We are looking for an exceptional and passionate technical writer to join our growing product team to help us bring our product documentation to the next level.
As a technical writer, you will be responsible for documenting the company software products capabilities, to enable smooth product integration and support our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with product managers, developers, QA, and solution architects to create and maintain web-based customer-facing documentation.
Become an expert in the different our domains, products, and solutions.
Analyze and understand the material from our customers perspective and produce relevant high quality, clear, concise, and accurate software documentation content.
Apply the style guide, templates, procedures, standards, and best practices, and contribute to their improvement.
Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience documenting software products, Rest API, SDK, and UI, in at least one global B2B company.
Outstanding analytical and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and independently, grasp complex technical concepts and translate them to plain English.
Ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and accurately, while paying attention to detail.
Experience using Confluence, Paligo, Readme, SharePoint, Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, XML, markdown, JavaScript, and graphics tools.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a pleasant can-do attitude.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and organization.
Familiarity with eCommerce concepts advantage.
Native level English speaker.
