We're looking for a hardware u/architect for our switch division. In this position, as part of a small (~6 employees) elite team, you will have the chance to define the architecture of our next generation switch product lines, both Ethernet and InfiniBand. Your role will be cross-disciplinary, working with software, ASIC design, verification, physical design and platform teams.

What you'll be doing:

Learn and understand the switch u/architecture thoroughly across all aspects and become a source of information for the design and verification engineers.

Define the implementation of the most sophisticated features of our next products, balancing architecture requirements with backend, execution, and design considerations.

Understand our system requirement and help define the POR of our switch product line.

Face the most challenging Full-Chip correctness and performance issues, which cannot be handled by the units designers as they require full cross-unit understanding of the chip.

Work closely with board and package design to understand the different design limitations: power, di/dt, temperature, signal-integrity etc.

Thoroughly understand Ethernet, InfiniBand and NvLink protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft end-to-end cloud features using Java, Angular, NodeJS, Python, and AWS.
Enhance performance and partake in product quality initiatives.
Engage in all lifecycle stages, influencing feature implementations in our agile setup.

In this role, you will be supporting post-production related Quality activities such as finished batch release, including sterilization and LAL processes release, graphics and work order approval and support additional quality department activities.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Responsible for the commercial (human use) and R&D (Not for Human Use) batch release activities including review and approval of the finished Device History Record documentation and Certificate of Compliance issuing.
Responsible to review and approve GAMMA/ EtO sterilization documentation, LAL (Endotoxin) test documentation.
Responsible to review and approve of graphics artwork for Tyvek, Labels and relevant cartons.
Responsible to approve production/R&D work orders in ERP
Responsible to review and approve of samples/R&D (not for human use) batch release including review and approval of the finished Device History File documentation and Certificate of Compliance issuing.
Initiate Nonconforming Product in SAP related to finished batch release and sterilization processes
Support preparations for periodical management reviews
Participation in external audits (notified body and customers)
Write and update quality system procedures
Support QA dept activities- customer complaints, QA monthly report, KPIs, etc.
