We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist to manage our websites ; who will be responsible for management and optimization efforts to improve user experience, maximize conversion rates and drive engagement across our websites and other web assets.
Specifications:
The candidate should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with website analytics and the UX conversion strategies & tactics that help drive performance and insights.
The position is on a full-time basis, to be based in Israel.
The CRO Specialist will manage the companys web assets, and leverage data to create new initiatives to drive growth and conversions to acquisitions.
Manage and support related vendors (developers, design, etc.), prioritize projects & initiatives to best align with marketing goals.
Work cross-functionally to optimize our website and ensure KPIs are tightly aligned with marketing objectives.
The role-bearer will be required to manage all aspects of the website including content, design, and UX/UI.
Build strategy for all web-related issues, and work cross-functionally across marketing to optimize the website experience for existing customers and prospects.
Develop a holistic vision for the customer journey for the companys web assets.
Regularly manage web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and insights

Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in website testing and UX/UI.
Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), with the ability to tie data into action plans.
Experience optimizing a B2B website with web optimization tools. Ecommerce experience- advantageous.
Former experience with CRM systems - advantageous.
Experience reporting on success/failure of optimization efforts.
Proficient in effective website design and digital marketing.
Strong digital proficiency, knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, Figma, HTML, CSS.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, including the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing.
Excellent English, verbal and written.
The ability to work a full-time role with flexible hours.
