A global medical devices company is looking for a front desk assistant.
* Handling front desk reception.
* Responsible for front desk activities & office maintenance (Phones, post, supplies, deliveries etc.).
* Maintaining office equipment and machinery (suppliers interface).
* Local and international shipping (Fedex).
* Handling visits logistics at the office.
* Supporting finance department with various bookkeeping activities.
Requirements:
* Academic degree or high-education diploma - preferred.
* Type 1+2 bookkeeping diploma - advantage.
* 3+ years working experience as an office administrator.
* Strong computer and software capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP).
* Fluent in English and Hebrew (talking, writing, reading).
