We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee office operations and administrative procedures.
The Administrative Manager will coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage daily office procedures
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative staff to support operations
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for the executive/senior administrative staff
- Ensure office operations adhere to company policies and core values
- Streamline administrative procedures
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide real-time support across diverse departments

Requirements: - 3-5 years experience as an Administrative Manager, Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proven experience with office management procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
