Lead and oversee program management on multiple verticals managing schedules and delivery progress across the portfolio of inbound and outbound projects.
Collaborate with high-level management to prioritize initiatives, see opportunities for improvement and drive their implementation, and continually scale current processes.
Establish and maintain risk management processes, ensuring that project teams are equipped to address challenges proactively.
Drive and develop the team towards forwarding progress, action, and results.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing complex programs in IT and organization environments
Experience leading global programs and projects, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
Experience in process Design and Mapping: Ability to analyze, design, and document business processes, including identifying key activities, inputs, outputs, and stakeholders.
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
Self-motivated and can work with limited direction or supervision
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage the team and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Bachelors degree?Must, M.B.A. or other advanced technical degree preferred
Fluent in Hebrew and English both verbal and written

Support Ops. related projects and tasks involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the support of Operations throughout the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimates project levels of effort and resource requirements by using standard estimating techniques and tools, and by working with appropriate staff to understand scope of effort.

5+ years of business experience using a full life-cycle project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc), including the application of change management principles (Kotter)
Business experience demonstrated through business knowledge, leadership skills and product / process development capabilities.
Working knowledge in regulated medical device / pharmaceutical industry an advantage.
Functional knowledge of the order to cash business processes is an asset.
