We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Platform Group's roadmap, aligning with overall business strategy and industry trends in big data solutions and platform engineering.
Evaluate technical solutions in partnership with platform engineers and architects, ensuring alignment with both business and technical goals.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including DevOps, data engineers, and development teams across Israel and Poland, to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and refine platform requirements.
Drive initiatives to enhance the Developer Experience, including internal tools, SDKs, APIs, and documentation, ensuring the platform is intuitive and effective for developers and data professionals.
Foster external communication and engagement to grow and support the platform's user community.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in mid-to-large startups.
Proven experience in technical product management, software architecture, or a similar senior leadership role in technology.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture and platform engineering concepts, such as (but not limited to) FinOps, CI/CD, K8s, IaC, and developer portals.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, collaborative mindset, with empathy for developers and a passion for community engagement.
Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and prioritize technological solutions based on business impact.
