As a CXS you will be own E2E process regarding customer experience at our company.
Identify customer needs, respond to their queries and collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer services to our Israeli region.
You will be a high-impact, highly visible internal expert on what our customers are doing by becoming a trusted advisor creating insights and accompanying customers from the first initial stage, implementation of our platform, and training.
In addition, you will be responsible for retaining customers and minimizing churn rates at the beginning stages as well.

What your day will look like:
* Take full ownership of the Onboarding and implementation process of our new customers.
* Identify customer needs.
* Track and monitor customers account status and identify any areas of concern.
* Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
* Develop resources and materials to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the onboarding process.
* Be proactive and take initiative to improve internal and external processes.
* Create insights and reports helping customers achieve their business goals.
* Ability to schedule training appointments and make travel arrangements as needed.
* Working closely with CRM platforms.
Requirements: * Experience in customer-facing roles within a SaaS or software company - Advantage.
* Excellent customer relationship and consultative sales skills.
* Ability to understand how business management software can solve business problems.
* Strong ability to proactively and effectively manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working with databases and SQL.
* Self-starter, high energy, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
* Warm, friendly, patient, empathetic, conscientious, optimistic, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team.
* Working with CRM platforms (Hubspot, Jira, etc)- Advantage.
* Fluency in Hebrew and English is a must.
