Maintain the books of 2 different entities (part of them are foreign) within the group.
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and also cut off items (ie accrued expenses, prepaid, etc)
Manage bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly and on time manner recorded in books
Process and track AP invoices, payments, and expenses.
Monthly managing and reporting all required reporting to authorities- VAT income tax, social security, etc
Execute month-end and year-end closing processes.
Conduct a monthly analytical comparison of the financial data.
Provide support during financial audits and tax filings.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
Working with external auditors Involvement in quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Requirements: Certified bookkeeper type 1+2 -must.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software SAP B-1, Priority, and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work intensively and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax preparation is a plus.
