We are looking for a Partner Business Manager to join our team and drive business growth by identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, and fostering strong client and partner relationships. With a focus on strategic positioning, contractual renewals, and knowledge transfer, the Partner Business Manager ensures client success and readiness in a specialized area.
Responsibilities:
Seek out new opportunities and expands and enhances existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in a specialty area.
Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position our products and services better.
Develop pursuit plans and manage the pipeline to ensure alignment with account managers.
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
Collaborate with distributors to align on sales strategies, ensure effective product positioning, and drive market growth through coordinated efforts.
Partner engagement with Market Channel Sales on a day-to-day basis
Contributes to proposal development, negotiations, and deal closings.
Work closely with and supports account manager, providing technical expertise and support, and participating in client engagements up to C- level engagements for more complex solutions in smaller accounts.
Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development.
Requirements: Typically, 3-5 years of selling experience in the IT sales industry
Bachelors degree
Experience working with an end to end customers
Knowledge of products, services, and solutions, as well as the differences between own offerings and those of competitors.
Use knowledge of the specialty, and consultative selling skills, to proactively help customers make IT business decisions.
Experience developing positive channels relationships and solving problems.
Experience in collaborating with distributors to drive sales, manage relationships, and optimize channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
