What will you do?

Establish the long term vision and strategy to advance our AI-powered analytical platform (IDE) to enable mid and long-term goals
Define the PRD and comprehensive roadmap for the analytical platform, focusing on optimizing analytical workflows, tackling predictive challenges, and enhancing model interpretability, as well as partner with business, R&D and ops to realize the roadmap
Evangelize the product, creating understanding and alignment across key stakeholders
Drive value creation for analytical platform users by enabling them to leverage our data assets effectively, both internally and in external collaborations
Ensure that our analytical platform development is effectively enabling and accelerating our product, business, and therapeutic goals

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and a passion for understanding customer needs.



How Youll Contribute:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring they are well-documented, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives
Gather customer feedback, conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, to identify opportunities and gaps in the market through continuous research
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements
Provide business justification for product features and develop use cases to convey the why and how of new product capabilities
Work with sales, sales engineers, customer success,and other field teams and provide product related support and sales enablement data in a timely manner to support business growth

Responsibilities:
Manage the entire product life cycle E2E from building the vision and strategy, defining business model and marketing messages, building roadmap, driving execution to release and driving adoption and usage of delivered value.
Collect, specify and characterize product requirements by conducting market research and evaluating customers needs. Work closely and build trust with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.
Evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize investments that will balance the different product needs and generate clarity and focus for the work group.
Define features and own their backlog, works closely with Engineering, design and product marketing teams to align on tradeoffs and drive a successful delivery.
Collaborate internally and externally to generate synergies and create a differentiated offering.
Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics. Be data driven with ongoing analysis of usage data.
Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team.
Guide and mentor other team members.
