Required Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Technical Product Manager for our AdTech Exchange product, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital advertising by leading the development and strategy
of our AdExchange platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and sales, to drive product innovation and deliver value to our customers.
Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the AdTech exchange platform, aligning it with the company overall goals and objectives
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines feature priorities and delivery timelines
Requirement Definition: Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and sales teams to define product features, manage development timelines, and ensure successful product launches
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to delivery, while managing trade-offs between scope, quality, and time
Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing)
Proven experience (5+ years) in technical product management, particularly in the AdTech industry
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, AdTech ecosystems, and real-time bidding (RTB)
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience working within a global team
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex, high-impact products
Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools
Proficiency in project management and prioritization
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
