We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations.
In this position, you will:
- Maintain quality of service with the customers.
- Manage maintenance technicians (Professional and personal).
- Planning and scheduling repairs.
- Implement site quality procedures.
- Procuring parts and equipment.
- Monitoring costs and budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements: - 5+ years experience as maintenance manager.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance operations and staff.
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices, repair procedures, and safety standards.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or electrical practical engineer certificate.
- Electrical certified license.
- Excellent command of English spoken and written.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with CMMS software.
- Budgeting and analytical skills.
