Your Impact:
This role will be involved in development at varying levels of detail, identifying requirements and translating documented user stories and requirements into a technical approach, to spending time hands-on coding building out functionality, overseeing sprint planning and ongoing development and deliverables, maintaining code quality, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements: 8+ years of hands-on experience in python or c++ showcasing a deep understanding of the languages, its intricacies, and best practices.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science,
Experience as a Team Leader/ Technical Leader - must
Proven experience in leading and managing complex technical projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, showcasing strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
