Project Leadership: Lead project planning, achievements, designs, and estimations, working collaboratively with team members, PMs, and other collaborators to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
Production Standards: Maintain high standards for production systems, emphasizing testing, monitoring, and alerting to ensure system stability.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our products.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain innovative and effective.
Agile Environment: Express yourself and bring your personal experience and knowledge into an agile, diverse team.
Integration Layer: Craft architecture and tools for the integration layer with external systems, handling large-scale clients and client data.
Feature Delivery: Take features from definition to client delivery, ensuring quality and understanding complexities from top to bottom.
