Discovering and understanding the business needs and converting them into a product requirement that is tailored to the users needs. Defining the vision of the product based on the actual requirements and the view of new opportunities that might be derived from it. Creating hypothesis and assumptions based on quality and quantity research providing the best suit of understanding covering the product also from the measurement perspective and KPIs orientation aligned with the companys needs. Managing the product throughout all of it life cycle
Responsibilities:
Discovery and concept creation
Discovery and ideation of the users needs and pains
Ability to translate the spoken pain into a need with a wider range of opportunities
Conducts market and user researches throughout the product's life cycle, both for similar features from the industry and examples for UX solutions of specific feature needs
Consolidates all studio domains behind a feature's concept that meets the feature's business requirements and KPIs (task force leader)
Writing a PRD (Product Requirements Document) that includes the features design the flow
Have a full analytical coverage of the feature, in all phases
Plan the product life cycle
Conducts and plans tests and challenges for the product before production
Breaks down PRD (Product Requirements Document) to detailed R&D requirements and timelines
Creates user stories based on PRD document
Prioritizes the backlog and identifies potential problems (performance or product experience issues)
Have user testing for any customer facing component
Validates the definition of done of the feature requirements and acceptance criteria
Lead the product execution
Leads the execution phase of the product's life cycle
Helps the GrM to lead the delivery of the product on time, escalate when needed and communicate with other parties
Acts as the contact point for R&D team on all product aspects daily
Builds specific sprint's scope with R&D team
Responsible for conducting routine grooming meetings with the R&D team (effort estimation and 'micro-planning) and other parties such as data and AI
Times and coordinates every domain's relevant output with the product's planned release
Responsible for the customer-facing documentation of the feature and communication of the features to the customers and users
Receives feedback for new features and prioritizes needed changes
Manage the guild of the relevant personas that relates to the product
Product Implementation and Adoption
Lead use case implementation together with the partners
Deep dive and learn the product details in order to escort the technical requirments.
Requirements: Previous experience in product management positions A must
Previous experience in platform/B2B2C products Advantage
Technological orientation
Background in development/Technical field Advantage
Background in leading AI projects Advantage
Technical Understanding of Basic Software Engineering Concepts - Advantage
Knowledge of working in agile methodologies
Project Management skills
In-depth understanding of user flow analysis and creation
Plays and understands the gaming industry - an advantage.
