" Define the data science methodologies and best practices and enforcing its practice
" Introduce new algorithmic/DS methodologies, technologies and SOTA algorithms that can make a positive impact on our product and the way we develop new products
" Develop POCs of new technologies/algorithms together with the DS in the squads
" Be the professional home to our DS - coach, mentor, plan and monitor their personal development
" Work with the DS hands-on on a need-to-go basis per quarter to deliver new solutions to production
" Lead and be part of new Data Exploration efforts towards improving business KPIs (e.g. enrichments)
" Lead and set requirements for data annotation initiatives, feedback loops and active learning
" Lead and set requirements for new Data Products, Data Services and ML Flow design (feature extraction feature stores, Model deployments and MLOps)
Requirements: "8+ years of proven experience in Data Science AI, at least 3 years as a Data Science Leader manager in a product company
" Experience in developing end to end machine/ deep learning production grade pipelines that successfully served their business goals and helped customers to achieve more
" MSc/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent - an advantage
" Experience with imbalanced data and fraud domains - An advantage
" Experience with NLP, CV and advanced modern DL architectures (e.g. ZSL, transformers) - a big advantage
" Additional experience in software development - An advantage
