As an HR Business Partner and OD leader , you will be the focal point for organizational development strategy and its execution in the company, as well as having HR responsibility for our teams in Europe (Prague and Zurich). You will work closely with the groups management to ensure that HR strategies and activities are implemented and aligned with our business goals.

What will you do?
Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
Helping line managers and key stakeholders to deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers in the region while addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances and ensuring fair and consistent resolution
Provide HR expertise and participate in continual development of HR programs in the areas of feedback, employee relations, retention, promotions, compensation, and performance management
Partner with managers to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments (organizational surveys) to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues
Design and facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities that promote employee development and collaboration
Assess and recommend changes to organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives
Requirements: Proven work experience as an HR business partner in a high-tech environment
7-10 years of experience in organizational development
HR experience working with European countries, including strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
Strong understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and change management principles
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of organizational issues and develop effective interventions
Project management skills (make things happen)
Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training programs and workshops
Experience in working in a diverse and multicultural environment
MSc degree in Human Resources or a related field - an advantage
Native level English - a must
