We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist (Maternity leave backfill) to support the growth and development of our employees. As an L&D Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively guiding employees through their learning journey.
The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist develops and executes learning strategies, designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and tracks learning effectiveness. You will collaborate with employees and managers to support career development while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
Implement and execute various learning methods companywide (e.g., Technical trainings & workshops, lectures, online training).
Assess the success of development plans and help employees maximize learning opportunities.
Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
Work in collaboration with the people team to execute ongoing training from A-Z.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Training Manager, or similar role in high-tech industry.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
Experience in project management and budgeting, including hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
Strong practical experience with Excel.
Team player, highly responsive and customer orientated.
Can do approach.
Strong execution skills.
Highly organized, detailed, focused and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies.
Creative and original thinker.
Ability to work under significant pressure with challenging deadlines and with the ability to multi-task.
Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Availability for full time role, temporary for ~9 months.
