Our company is looking for a qualified Sales Operations Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible to support our Program Managers in order to deliver the most value for our customers.
You will also be responsible for solving operational problems to help our teams work more efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
Process orders and check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Obtain missing information or answer queries.
Lead Logistics efforts to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update customer records.
Design and characterization of sales information systems.
Run customers satisfaction survey.
Develop monthly sales and service reports.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent certification.
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with high level of dedication.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Service orientation.
Experience with PRIORITY is advantage.
