About the ATE Group: The ATE Group leads the development of complex, multidisciplinary (software, hardware, optics, mechanics) capital equipment machines. These machines are designed for the characterization, calibration, and production of our advanced LiDAR technology. Within this group, the Software Development Team is responsible for creating and maintaining the software that operates these systems, including calibration algorithms, automation software, user interfaces, and more.
Role: Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development: Create calibration and characterization software for our next-generation LiDAR systems.
Cross-Disciplinary Interaction: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Algorithm Development: Develop, upgrade, and maintain algorithms and software processes critical to LiDAR performance.
Documentation: Write comprehensive software documentation in line with automotive industry requirements.
Mass Production: Develop software infrastructures to support mass production platforms.
Problem Solving: Analyze failures, define improvements, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability.
Quality Improvement: Continuously improve the code quality within the team.
Mentorship: Lead, guide, and mentor junior software developers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a leading university
At least 3 years experience developing large-scale Python software must
Experience working with distributed frameworks RabbitMQ or Kafka advantage
Experience working with MongoDB/MySQL advantage
Experience with CI/CD processes, source control (Git)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
