As a Logistics Specialist I, you'll coordinate shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain supply chain operations. You'll handle order processing, documentation, inventory management, and work with internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
Pick raw materials and prepare them for production lines according to manufacturing requirements.
Receive goods from suppliers, including shipment receipt, required inspections, ERP system receiving, and transferring samples to the Quality Control department.
Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for export shipments.
Perform daily work using ERP systems and computerized warehouse and inventory management systems.
Operate a forklift for material handling, storage, and internal transportation.
Organize and store inventory in a batch-managed warehouse.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company quality and safety procedures.
Take initiative in continuous improvement and warehouse process optimization activities.
Work collaboratively as part of a professional team in an advanced, high-standard work environment.
Requirements: Previous experience working in a computerized warehouse - an advantage.
Experience working with SAP - a significant advantage.
Valid forklift operator's license - an advantage.
Strong computer skills and the ability to work extensively with computerized systems - required.
High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
