We're looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Finance team. As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will facilitate as subject matter expert on procurement process topic, providing guidance for problems/ questions, generate and implement procurement processes among the company.
Responsibilities:
Define activities and focus areas of the support function with category managers and stakeholders
Coordinate, and be responsible for Procurement systems implementation and upgrades.
Develop ad-hoc metrics reports and complete special procurement-related projects as they may arise
Identify pain points and potential improvements in P2P process at entity level, and in coordination with the global requirement.
Understand P2P global initiatives (such as contract management improvements, new procurement methodology, catalog and marketplace implementations via system).
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT, accounts payable, finance and legal to insure P2P process is seamless and streamlined for business unit requestors
Cultivate relationships with team and key partners by listening, partnering, and educating teams on Procurement processes and values
Coordinate audits and ensure proper understanding of the audit findings at country level. Share audit findings across the Procurement network to improve Risk mitigation.
Be an active team player and execute/lead projects as assigned.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech.
BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic knowledge.
Excellent excel skills
Proven experience in leading End-to-End crossed teams projects.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask deal with pressures and deadlines concurrently
Outstanding analytical & technical skills.
Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
Self-motivated and independent, problem solver.
