The Affiliate/Partnerships Manager will spearhead the growth and success of our global affiliate program and co-marketing partnerships. This person will lead a team responsible for optimizing operations, cultivating affiliate relationships, and forging meaningful collaborations with relevant brands, all strategically positioned to drive revenue gains in line with annual ARR targets. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in building and scaling affiliate programs from scratch, and passionate about team development and management.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate and partnership specialists, ensuring complete alignment with company goals and setting clear KPI and performance expectations for the team in an actionable feedback loop.
Affiliate Program Management- Strategically grow and manage our affiliate program, driving performance through data-driven decisions. Oversee the creation and management of campaigns and content designed to drive affiliate growth through innovative acquisition strategies, positively impacting the onboarding of high-value affiliates.
Partnership Development- Identify and establish co-marketing partnerships with positive synergy brands to expand our reach. Focusing on fostering long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with mission and audience, and maximizing partnerships effectively in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Operational Excellence and Efficiency- Optimize processes to streamline operations, reporting, and partner communications, effectively leveraging data to provide actionable insights for ongoing strategic improvements.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships including team management.
Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate/partnership programs for subscriptions on a global scale.
A passion and/or good understanding of investing.
Experience from finance or investing company.
Practical experience in affiliate platforms such as Everflow, Impact, CJ Affiliate, etc, with a deep understanding of tracking and commission protocols.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make strategic decisions.
Experience managing and growing a high-performing team.
Strong inter-personal and communication skills with a collaborative self starter mindset.
