As a Social Marketing Manager with us, you will play a key role in spreading our message and through doing so - growing our community, engaging our audience, and driving player acquisition through compelling content and strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook (groups and pages), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and more to increase engagement, raise brand awareness, and generate new player acquisition through the content.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (static, video, and interactive formats) tailored for each platform. You'll need to generate the ideas, and create them yourself, for the most part (idea, copy, visuals etc.)
Community Management: You'll manage our player community and maintain an active and engaged community by responding to players, creating interactive discussions, and leveraging UGC (user-generated content) to enhance engagement. As our community manager, you need to be a 'persona' in the game, so you must feel comfortable with taking photos of yourself, talking about yourself, appearing in the game, hosting in-game events and more. You need to manage the community, from behind the scenes but also on the center of the stage.
Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using insights and data-driven decisions to improve reach and engagement.
Creative Campaigns & Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to craft innovative social media campaigns that create buzz and attract new players.
Brand Voice & Aesthetic Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Redecors brand identity, maintaining a high standard of design and storytelling.
Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and ride the RTM train, platform updates, and emerging social media formats to drive innovative marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with Product, Creative, Content, monetization, marketing and more - to align social efforts with broader company goals.
Requirements: 3-4+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
Strong background in content creation and storytelling, with a proven ability to create compelling social media campaigns.
Experience working in an advertising agency or gaming industry is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform algorithms.
Exceptional English writing, speaking and communication skills engaging, clear, and on-brand. As mentioned above, you'd need to speak in videos, live events, so you need to be comfortable with 'performing' for your community.
Strong analytical skills , to understand trends, but also understand the human insights behind them.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
A keen eye for design and aestheticsable to craft visually appealing content, and connect with our game, which is all about design, beauty and esthetics.
Strong people skills with the ability to engage and grow an online community.
Highly independent, mature, and proactive, with a hunger for success and creativity.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, while being able to lead and work independently and proactively.
