Key Responsibilities:
Creative Social Media & Content Strategy:
Craft energetic and compelling social media posts that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
Develop innovative content strategies that support our broader marketing initiatives and drive engagement across multiple social media platforms.
Website Content Management:
Maintain and regularly update the website with fresh, relevant content that aligns with marketing campaigns, product updates, and emerging industry trends.
Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility, increase organic traffic, and improve overall web performance.
Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams:
Partner with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, web banners, and other visual assets that effectively communicate our messaging.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product marketing teams to align content strategies with business goals and campaigns.
Knowledge Management & Distribution:
Oversee the organization and distribution of marketing assets across the company, ensuring easy access for all teams.
Manage the knowledge-sharing process, keeping all marketing materials up to date and in line with evolving strategies.
Requirements: Requirements:
Native English proficiency with proven writing and editing skillsattention to detail is key.
Strong hands-on experience in content creation, including though leadership materials, social media posts and scriptwriting for video clips.
At least 5 years Experience in B2B marketing and marcom within a global company, demonstrating a strong grasp of branding and messaging strategies.
Expertise in managing social media accounts, staying current with trends and best practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyself-motivated and proactive.
A creative thinker with a keen eye for developing impactful copy and slogans.
Proven leadership and teamwork skillscomfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels and external vendors.
