We are hiring for a CRM system Analyst & IT Project Manager to our HQ in Modi'in
Position description:
Supports and sustains CRM corporate systems ( salesforce ), from a technical and application standpoint.
Identifies feasible solutions within the systems and integrates business processes.
Collaborates with internal/external programming resources to develop quality solutions when new requirements are not met by the existing systems.
Drafts and executes TEST scenarios for solution assessment.
Drafts work instructions and business process flows as needed.
Maintains helpdesk, documentation, change control and SOX compliancy.
Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting.
Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
Manage projects accordingly to the VPG methodology
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in CRM implementation projects (supporting sales process) - Mandatory
salesforce technical experience - advantage
3-5 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or application support.
English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Full time position, Hybrid: 1 day from home
